The down side - a bit too much chatter. Which lead to not being as motivated as I should have been. AJ still kicked some but and finished her work. I managed a mile and then met up with Bri in the hydrotherapy pool.
I am getting back into the swing of things. Slow and steady. But the season will be here before I know it... Eek.
