Amanda: I started blogging on my quest to be an Ironman. On September 7, 2008, my dream came true in Madison, WI. Now, I am no longer attempting, I AM an Ironman. And now I am addicted to blogging!!

5. Disney Wine and Dine half marathon (First solo half marathon!!) - Nov 10, 2012
4. Beach to Battle ship Half Iron Distance Relay (I am doing the bike) - Oct 20, 2012
3. Dogfish Dash 5K (Yes, another run) Sept 30, 2012
2. Rumpus in Bumpass Sprint Tri - April 15, 2012
1 Cherry Blossom 10 Miler Run (Yes, I said run) - April 1, 2012 (And no, not an April fools joke)

Hot Chocolate 5K - Dec 3, 2011 - DNS. So not worth the traffic
5. Dogfish Dash 5K - Sept 25 - Chip time 37:01, fastest 5K since 2005!
4. Ironman Wisconsin - Sept 11 - 16 hrs 22 min 44 sec. I am Ironman Squared!
3. HarborFest 2.4 mile IronSwim - Aug 14 - 1 hr 22 min 45 sec. 5th female, 13th overall. No wetsuit, but good swim.
2. Chesapeak Bay 4.4 Mile Swim - June 12 - 2 hours 54 minutes 27 seconds. WOO-Hoo!
1. Columbia Tri - May 22. 3:29:18. PR on the Oly, great training day.

10. Warrior Dash - Oct 10, 2010. 47 min 9 sec. Tons of obstacles, mud, laughs and fun.
9. Myrtle Beach Tri - switched to the AV for club points. Swim called off, bike was hot, windy and slow. Did avg 16.2 (via the results). Club came in 2nd. Awesome time.
8. ChesapeakMan AV - Sept 25, 2010. Hot, windy, slow - 1.25 swim and under 8 hour ride. 3rd place Athena!
7. Irongirl Boulder Sprint Tri - Aug 28, 2010. 2:00:35 (goal was 2 hours... so close!). Great time with Molly, great bike (even though it wasn't Blain) 16 mph, okay run - given the elevation.

6. Lums Pond Sprint Tri - Aug 15, 2010. 2:04:26, 4th place Athena (again). PR'ed my bike split (18.1 mph) and 2nd best run split (around 12:05 - pending distance of the course). Was a lot of fun
5. Greater Cleveland Triathlon - August 8, 2010. 3:37:41. Fun race with friends.
4. Maryland Swim 4 Life - July 10, 2010 - 2 miles due to thunderstorms. 1:02:18. Not bad
3. I Love the Tavern Sprint Tri - June 27, 2010 - First full tri of the season! 2:05:10, 4 out of 13 for Athenas. Very happy with the race
2. Eagleman Aqua Velo 57.2 - June 13, 2010. 4:21:39. HOT!! First AV, swim was long, bike was hot. But overall, happy with the day and how I did.
1. Reston 2 mile swim - May 30, 2010. 1 hour 4 minutes, 7th out of 12, and had a good time!

6. Round the Sound Swim - Bermuda, October 18, 2009. 4K swim, 1 hour 28 min 56 sec. 4th (and 4 min from 3rd) and happy.
5. Ironman Augusta 70.3 - September 27, 2009 - 7 hours 39 min and 33 sec. Great swim, good bike, slow walk. But very happy with the results.
4. SheROX Sprint Triathlon/Duatlon (1.5 mile run, 15.5 mile bike, 5k run) - Philadelphia, PA - August 2, 2009 - NAF (not allowed to finish) but 18.42 for the 1.5 mile run and 1:01:04 for the 15.5 mile ride. Wet, not good, wet.
3. ITU Sprint Triathlon - June 21, 2009 - 1 hour, 45 minutes, 49 seconds. It was okay - all things considered.
2. The Great Chesapeake Bay Swim, 4.4 Miles - June 14, 2009. DNF. 3 hours, 22 minutes, 3.5 miles. I tried
1. Rocketts Landing Olympic Distance Triathlon/Duathlon (2 mile run, 40K bike, 10Krun) - May 17, 2009 - 3 hours, 20 min and 6 sec. 3rd place Athena.
