But it was good. I woke up Sunday morning a lot more sore than I should have been for a 3 mile run. But it was sore in the good way. This was followed by 3 hours on a spin bike. And of course lunch. Ummm... toasted sandwich...
Overall, it was a pretty good way to start off the year.
I celebrated by taking today off :-) It still hurts to stand.

I couldn't find a good picture about sore muscles, so I started looking for one with spin and found this! How awesome does this look!?!?!
