Pulling was a bad idea

I write the swim workouts for Monday's, so I have no one to blame but my self.

If you read my very long post from yesterday, you know I totally bit it on Saturday. See, the nose of the saddle jammed into my inner thigh on the right side as I fell.

That makes using a pull buoy for 600 yds no fun.

It's great to have you blogging again. Sorry about the bruise and bike problems, but it sounds like things are getting better. What, no tube steaks at the picnic.
