So, even thought I had a good swim on Thursday, I was worried about tonight. Coach gave me a 1500 meter swim, straight, no time - just swim.So I did. And once the workout was done, I just kept going. And going. And going. I had a number I wanted to reach, but figured I would stop if I stopped feeling good or hit the number - which ever came first.
The number came first. 4,000 meters, WOO-Hoo!
