Anyway,
today started out well with something I haven't done in along time. My A.M. Yoga! It felt really good - I forgot how good it feels to start the day in this way. And it's not long - 20 minutes, so there really aren't any excuses. It also made me realize how tight my hip flexors, hamstrings, calves are... Eek, not good. Very tight, slightly painful - but all in the good way.Off to pack long underwear and sweaters!
