That's really what I need to be doing. I have had all day meetings Wednesday and Thursday which means no lunch workouts (or lunch at all for that matter) and no morning workouts because I have to be in the office over an hour earlier than I normally am. When they are done, I have to do all the other stuff that needs to get done in a day.
I did manage to get in a run after the meetings, but it was so not good. I don't know what is going on. I felt blogish. No endurance. Just not good. I really need to get a move on for races coming up - and just for my self.
